Sergio Alejandro Gallego Morales
Sergio is a founding partner of Altano and has extensive knowledge in public and private contracting, corporate matters and litigation.
He is an attorney specialized in Public Management and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.), with additional studies in business and finance. He has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, which allows him to understand the needs and motivations of the different stakeholders in each sector. He also brings a pragmatic approach and a strong focus on dispute resolution.
Luz Stella Pérez
Luz Stella is an attorney specialized in civil liability and compensable damages, with more than five years of experience in the structuring and strategic management of litigation before the ordinary courts and the administrative courts.
She has extensive experience representing clients in ordinary proceedings, direct reparation claims, contractual disputes, and constitutional actions, as well as drafting claims, responses, and appeals at different procedural stages.
Manuela Oyola Muñoz
Manuela is an attorney from Universidad de los Andes, with complementary studies in Philosophy and postgraduate studies in Business Law, Criminal Procedural Law, and Litigation Techniques. Her professional career has focused on comprehensive legal advisory, with experience in corporate, contractual, insolvency, and institutional support matters.
