Profile

José Sebastián has focused his experience working exclusively in the private sector. As an expert in the construction industry, he has worked as deputy legal manager and associate in some of the most important companies in the country, both in engineering services and specialized consulting in this sector.

He has a broad academic profile, with two master's degrees, one in finance and the other in private law from Universidad de Los Andes, and an MBA from Egade Business School (business school of Tec de Monterrey). In addition, he has specializations in negotiation and business law also from the Universidad de Los Andes, studies that allow him to have a comprehensive vision in the structuring of projects and the formation of new businesses.

As part of his experience, José Sebastián has led the structuring of real estate deals for more than 200 million dollars, and areas exceeding 160,000 m2 built in a single stage, or more than 1.3 million m2 built in several projects and stages. In his experience he has worked with various types of projects - including hospitality, office, institutional, warehousing, residential and mixed-use - with the added value of having advanced knowledge in business valuation, projects and financial modeling, which allows him to provide advice tailored to each business model.
